Shipping & returns.
01 / Shipping
Orders placed before 2p PT ship the same business day. Everything else ships the next business day. You'll get a tracking email as soon as a label is generated.
- — Standard (3–5 business days): free over $75, $6 otherwise
- — Expedited (1–2 business days): $18 flat
- — Canada (5–9 business days): $22 flat
02 / Returns
Return anything unused within 30 days for a full refund. We cover the return label. Items should come back in their original packaging where possible — a small note is fine.
For subscription boxes, you can return the entire month's box for a refund within 30 days of the ship date. Individual items from a box aren't returnable separately.
03 / Warehouses
Returns go to whichever warehouse originally shipped your order. The prepaid label we email you routes automatically.
